Block Build System is designed to be installed by people — not cranes.
Each wall panel is engineered at a 5 ft × 8-16 ft size or , allowing 2 to 4 workers to safely handle, lift, and stand the panel directly from the ground.

No heavy equipment.
No special crews.

How the Installation Works

  1. Panels arrive flat-packed on site
    Pre-built with framing, structure, insulation, and rough-in MEP already completed.

  2. Set panels directly from the ground
    Two workers lift each panel from a horizontal position and stand it upright onto the foundation.

    Panels are secured panel-to-panel and tied into the top plate — just like traditional framing.
